Construction Materials

Materials used for construction purposes are called building materials and are found naturally, borrowed from nature such as clay, rocks, sand stone wares and wood or may be man- made synthetic products. Manufacturing of building materials is a mega industry catering to global construction requirements. Trades such as carpentry, insulation, roofing and plumbing are typically part of the established building material manufacturing industry.

With the construction market across the world potentially ready, construction material like iron slabs, iron and steel bars, rolled iron and steel wares, road-building machinery, digging and excavation machinery, cranes, and plaster and cement are regularly imported by countries in order to accommodate local demands.

Hari & Co. International has the capability to source and export industry-grade material and equipment for construction industry.

Cement

A cement is a binder, a substance used for construction that sets, hardens, and adheres to other materials to bind them together. Cement is seldom used on its own, but rather to bind sand and gravel together. Cement mixed with fine aggregate produces mortar for masonry, or with sand and gravel, produces concrete.

Round Bars

Round Bar is a long, cylindrical metal bar stock that has many industrial and commercial applications. The most common application is shafts. Standard diameters range from 1/4″ all the way up to 24″. Other sizes may be available. Round Bar is available in many metal types including Hot-Rolled Steel, Cold-Rolled Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and more.

Deformed Bars

Deformed bar is a common steel bar that is usually formed from carbon steel and is given ridges for better mechanical anchoring reinforced concrete. It is generally used as a tensioning device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures holding the concrete in compression.

Concrete Block

Concrete blocks, retaining walls are one of the most popular uses, as concrete blocks provide the strength necessary keep water or earth away from certain areas. Block walls can be used on both residential and commercial properties, making them extremely versatile.

River Sand

River sand is the form of extracting sand in the river bed. It is said to be a fine aggregate and is favored by many for construction. We also deal in supplying river bed sand.

Stone Aggregate

Construction aggregate, is a broad category of coarse- to medium-grained particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geosynthetic aggregates.

Crushed Rock

Crushed stone or angular rock is a form of construction aggregate, typically produced by mining a suitable rock deposit and breaking the removed rock down to the desired size using crushers.

Limestone Aggregate

Limestone aggregate is used as a rock filler under concrete slabs that form the foundation for homes, businesses, utilities, bridges, and almost every other type of infrastructure.

Rock Boulders

Rock boulders finds application in edging, accents, walls, back filling, shore protection and sea wall. The offered boulders can also be used for perimeter security. The material of the boulders makes it ideal for protection of beaches and land from sea erosion.

White Sand

White Sand is exported to over 16 countries . In the year 2020-2021 (Apr-Nov), India has exported White Sand worth of 0.05 USD million. The total volume of export in 2020-2021 (Apr-Nov) was around 366380.

Natural Aggregate

Natural aggregates are inert granular materials such as sand, gravel stone or crushed stone that are used with a binding medium i.e. water, bitumen, portland cement, lime, etc. to form compound materials i.e. asphalt concrete and portland cement concrete.

Crushed Aggregate

Crushed Aggregate or simply “aggregate”, is a broad category of coarse particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geo synthetic aggregates. Aggregates are a component of composite materials such as concrete and asphalt concrete.

Natural Sand

Natural sand has an ideal shape for use as fine aggregate in concrete. The natural sand particles are well-rounded and are usually nearly spherical. Spherical particles decrease the percentage of voids within the concrete mixture so no additional paste is required to fill these voids. Well-shaped natural sands are ideal for workability of mixtures.

Crushed Sand

Crushed Sand is a fine aggregate that is produced/ manufactured by crushing huge suitable boulders and rocks. Crushed sand is also known as M-Sand or Manufactured sand, since it is manufactured artificially.

Road Base

The base is a layer that also consists of crushed stone but slightly smaller stones than the sub-base In some cases, stone dust or stone fines will be mixed with the aggregate to reduce voids and will hold the layer in place better.
